Guaranties & Policies
Our Furniture is guaranteed for materials and workmanship under normal use. Our wooden futon frames and Beds have a lifetime warranty unless if the product is discontinued. All mattresses are under warranty according to manufacturers claims. No warranty on black metal or pine frames. Futon Mattress Sales are Final (Federal Law Prohibits exchange of bedding). A 25% re-stocking fee will apply to all cancelled orders based on a full purchase amount. Upon delivery all merchandise must be inspected for any damages or defects. If product is damaged or defective, customer must contact the store prior to the delivery person leaving residence. Any damages found after the delivery service or claims under warranty will result in a delivery fee for repair or exchange. We are not responsible for furniture that is not able to fit into the entrance of the customer's residence. Cost of breakdown (Est.$199) for furniture too large to fit into customers house remains solely with the buyer. Free Shipping means that we drop it off in front of your residence, if you would like the furniture to be delivered and assembled contact the store for the rates. Also there is a $10 fee per each flight for customers who have no elevator.
